been the result of years of dedication and determination. In 1993, Li & Fung
Properties commenced business from a small office in George St., Haymarket
with a staff of 4. Within 3 years, Li & Fung Properties has opened up a
branch office in Sydney southern district, Hurstville and not long after,
the head office has expanded to another level. The Sydney office has now
occupied 2 levels of space at the same location at 696 George St., City. Li
& Fung Properties expanded rapidly to accommodate 16 people.

Li & Fung's innovative marketing techniques and outstanding sales success to
local and overseas buyers has been recognised by companies including Meriton
Apartments; OSW Properties; Benchmark Development & Bazzina Group
& various small to medium size private operated developers.

Traditionally regarded as specialising in Project Marketing, especially to
the Asian buyers, Li & Fung has broke through from its old image and forge
ahead into new areas throughout the southern suburbs. Its meteoric rise in
residential property sales was largely due to the commitment of the entire
team to provide superior client service, professional, honest, realistic
advice and attain the best possible results.
